Thanks for your comment. The panels listed in this chart are directly from the &lt;a href="http://www.gosolarcalifornia.org/equipment/pvmodule.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;California List of Eligible SB1 Compliant solar panels&lt;/a&gt;. Though, specific available modules may change overtime, the panels listed in this chart do exist.

The SunPower 230’s are still listed on SunPower’s homepage under the Products tab. The spec sheet can be seen &lt;a href="http://us.sunpowercorp.com/downloads/product_pdfs/Panels/sp_230wh_en_ltr_p_ds.pdf" rel="nofollow"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. And the SunPower 290 panels are still listed on SunPower’s warranty and &lt;a href="http://us.sunpowercorp.com/downloads/product_pdfs/residential/SunPower_Safety_Installation_Manual_UL_certified_product_Letter_UL_0D_12.pdf" rel="nofollow"&gt;installation documentation&lt;/a&gt;, so I will leave these modules in the list above.

However, to be fair, I will list the next 4 panels on the list that would fill out the top 40 if I were to remove the modules you mention. They are:

41. SunPower SPR-205-BLK-U
42. SunPower SPR-200-WHT-U
43. Sanyo HIP-190DA3
44. &lt;a href="http://www.centrosolaramerica.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;Centrosolar America&lt;/a&gt; E185
